Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By creating an account or using our services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
1 Introduction and Scope

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Account Security

3 Age Requirement and Legal Eligibility
By registering, you explicitly declare that you are over 21 years of age and legally eligible to use online gaming services. If this declaration is found to be false, the account will be closed and funds on deposit may not be returned.

4 Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
5.1 Deposits
The payment methods currently accepted on good11 bat are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a technical or banking delay, please contact the support team. No additional fee is charged on deposits.
5.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Withdrawals will be made only to the same payment method used for the deposit, though exceptions may apply in certain cases.
- Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
- If there is an active bonus on your account and the wagering requirement has not been met, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals to any third-party account are strictly prohibited.
6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 10 times, meaning ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagering must be completed.
Another example: depositing ৳20,200 gives a bonus of ৳15,000 (maximum limit), making the total balance ৳35,200. Wagering requirement: ৳15,000 × 10 = ৳1,50,000.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may claim each promotion only once.
- Every bonus has a set expiry period; if the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- good11 bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings on the account in question may be cancelled.
- In any dispute relating to bonuses, the decision of good11 bat is final.
7 VIP Program and Cashback
The good11 bat VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming and betting activity.
The maximum weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: maximum cashback of 0.4% of the week's net losses.
- Silver: maximum cashback of 0.8% of the week's net losses.
- Gold: maximum cashback of 1.1% of the week's net losses.
- Platinum: maximum cashback of 1.5% of the week's net losses.
Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses, which is total losses minus total winnings for that week. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the maximum cashback is ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220.
good11 bat may change VIP tier benefits, terms, and cashback processing times with prior notice. If a VIP member's conduct violates these Terms, the platform reserves the right to cancel VIP benefits.
8 Responsible Gaming
good11 bat believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems. We encourage our users to follow the responsible gaming guidelines.
- Members can set their own deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits.
- A self-exclusion option is available to temporarily or permanently close your account if needed.

11.2 Closure at the User's Request
